Description
Calling all future scholars, medical marvels, and professional procrastinators - this six-bedroom terraced house is ready to become your next legendary group chat topic. With six double bedrooms (no one gets the box room, unless you lose at rock-paper-scissors), three bathrooms (no more queueing with your legs crossed), and a location so close to the University of Nottingham and Queens Medical Centre you’ll barely have time to finish your coffee before lectures. At £ (or £650 per person per calendar month), you can focus on your studies instead of your bank balance, and with only a £250 deposit each, you’ll have change left for that questionable late-night takeaway. Bills not included, but don’t panic - there’s an option to make them disappear (like your motivation in exam season). This house is surrounded by all the local amenities and transport links you could dream of, so you’ll never be far from snacks, buses, or excuses to avoid studying. Fancy earning a bit extra? Our referral scheme is here to help you fund that extra coffee habit - just ask for more info. Ready to book your spot for July and make Office Reference: 43TA your new home? Get in touch before someone else nabs it!
