Description
Spacious 4-Bedroom Student House in Hyde Park – Two Bathrooms & Spare Room!
Looking for a spacious, practical student home in the heart of Hyde Park? This four-bedroom property offers plenty of space, a fantastic location and, importantly, two bathrooms – a real bonus when sharing with friends!
Situated in the ever-popular Hyde Park area, the property is just a short walk from the universities, local shops, cafés and everything else that makes this one of Leeds' most sought-after student locations.
Inside, you'll find four generously sized double bedrooms, each furnished with modern fitted furniture, providing plenty of storage and space to study.
One of the property's biggest selling points is its two bathrooms, including one with both a bath and shower. For a house of four people, having that extra bathroom makes everyday living considerably easier – particularly during the morning rush!
There's also a useful spare room, ideal for additional storage, keeping those suitcases, bikes and other belongings out of the way.
The house offers straightforward, comfortable accommodation without unnecessary frills, making it a great choice for a group looking for good-sized bedrooms, practical facilities and a convenient location.
Bills Included? No Problem!
We can also offer an optional bills-inclusive package covering gas, electricity, water, TV licence and Wi-Fi, making budgeting that little bit easier.
