Please be aware all students will require an individual guarantor and will be signing a joint tenancy.
We have owned 26 Stanley Road for a while now, and we look after our tenants as we would like to be treated.
Our tenants say that this is a great place to live.
We personally make a visit to the house once a month, to do any odd jobs, hanging pictures, mending etc
