The kitchen is equipped with a tumble dryer, electric cooker and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer.
The garden is spacious, perfect summer evenings!
There is a lovely little pub just across the road. Clifton village is just a short walk away and Waitrose is situated also just a short walk away. The house is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac.
We have owned Number 3 Bellevue a while now, and we look after our tenants as we would like to be treated.
Our tenants say that this is a great place to live.
We personally make a visit to the house once a month to do any odd jobs, hanging pictures, mending etc
