Location
Description
Welcome to your future student sanctuary (or palace, depending on how you see it) at 31TA, where six double bedrooms await you and your equally sleep-deprived friends. With two bathrooms, morning queues are more of a polite shuffle than a full-blown standoff. Each tenant pays just £145 per week (that’s for those who like precision), with a £ - think of it as an investment in not losing your keys. Bills aren’t included, but don’t panic - there’s an option for an inclusive package if you’d rather spend your time on Netflix than metre readings. The location is so close to the University of Nottingham and Queens Medical Centre, you’ll have time for a lie-in and still make it to lectures or shifts. Surrounded by local amenities and excellent transport links, you’ll never be far from snacks or a bus home. And if you’re feeling generous, our referral scheme means you could earn a reward for bringing your friends along for the ride (contact us for the secret details). Secure this student haven before someone else does - your future self will thank you.
