Location
Description
Welcome to the ultimate student sanctuary (or perhaps, palace), where eight double bedrooms await you and your seven closest friends or soon-to-be besties. This detached house is more than just a roof over your head - it is a haven of en suites (four, to be precise), two additional bathrooms, and a bonus WC, so you can finally say goodbye to morning shower queues. Each room is a double, meaning no one gets stuck with the box room, and with a price tag of just £ (), you might just have money left over for actual textbooks (or takeaways, we do not judge). The deposit is a mere £250 per person, and while bills are not included, there is an option for an all-inclusive package if you are not a fan of budgeting. The location is a dream for University of Nottingham and QMC students, with shops and transport links practically on your doorstep (no need for a car, but driveway parking is there if you have one). Fancy a little extra cash? Ask about our referral scheme. Office reference 12AHD - because you will want to brag about this one.
