A wonderfully presented three-bedroom home in a fantastic location, perfectly positioned for students wanting easy access to Headingley, Hyde Park, the universities and Leeds city centre.
Situated on the Leeds side of Headingley, this property offers the best of both worlds – the shops, bars, cafés and restaurants of Headingley are just a short walk away, while the University of Leeds city campus is within easy reach.
Inside, one of the biggest advantages is the three spacious and evenly proportioned bedrooms, meaning nobody in the group has to draw the short straw when choosing their room.
The property also features a modern, fully equipped kitchen with plenty of storage and preparation space, together with a separate comfortable living room – perfect for relaxing, socialising or settling down for a movie after a day at university.
Well presented throughout, this is a proper home rather than simply somewhere to sleep, offering an excellent balance of space, comfort and location.
