🚨 Two Rooms Unexpectedly Available – Join a Friendly Student House! 🚨
Due to a last-minute change in circumstances, two double rooms have unexpectedly become available in this fantastic six-bedroom student house for the upcoming academic year.
You'll be joining a friendly, sociable group of students who are looking for two like-minded housemates to complete the house. The rent has been reduced, making this an excellent opportunity, but we don't expect these rooms to be available for long.
79 North Road is a spacious and well-equipped six-bedroom house with a garden, occupying an enviable location just off Gloucester Road. You'll be within easy reach of a fantastic selection of shops, cafés, restaurants and pubs, with convenient access to UWE.
The house is arranged over four floors and offers:
Comfortable lounge with leather sofas and a large flat-screen Freeview TV.
Recently refurbished fully fitted eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezers, washer, dryer and plenty of cupboard space.
Each bedroom comes with a double bed, desk, chair and plenty of wardrobe space.
Garden, perfect for relaxing in the warmer months.
Rent is exclusive of utilities and TV licence.
Routine summer maintenance is carried out during July and August but should not normally interfere with living in the house during that period.
The property is owned and managed by Metro Student Accommodation, who have been providing high-quality, well-maintained undergraduate accommodation for over 20 years.
If you're looking for a friendly student house in a fantastic location at a reduced price, get in touch today to arrange a viewing. These rooms have only just become available, so we don't expect them to be on the market for long!
