Description
A House with a History! Spacious 6-Bedroom Student Home in Hyde Park
Not your average student house! Formerly a community centre, this characterful six-bedroom property in the heart of Hyde Park has a fascinating history, generous living spaces and even a few secret rooms!
If you're looking for something a little different from the usual student accommodation, this property certainly has plenty of personality.
One of the standout features is the large open-plan kitchen, dining and living area, offering a fantastic social space for all six housemates. Whether you're cooking together, entertaining friends or settling down for a film night, there's plenty of room to spread out and enjoy communal living.
The kitchen features wood-effect units, ample cupboard and worktop space, and everything needed for everyday student life. The adjoining dining and lounge areas make this a particularly sociable house, with far more character than your typical student property.
There are six furnished bedrooms, each offering space for sleeping, studying and storage, along with two bathrooms, including a bath and separate shower facilities.
But what really makes this house a little unusual is its past. Having previously served as a community centre, the building has an interesting layout, some quirky features and even a few hidden rooms to discover! It's certainly a property with a story to tell.
The location is equally appealing. Situated in the ever-popular Hyde Park area, the property is ideally placed for students attending the University of Leeds or Leeds Beckett University. You'll find independent cafés, shops, takeaways and all the usual Hyde Park favourites close by, with Headingley and Leeds city centre also within easy reach.
Spacious, sociable and full of character, this is a brilliant opportunity for a group of six looking for a student home that's just a little different from the rest.
