Description
To Let – two bedroom flat with sea views, set on the seventh floor of a wellmaintained purposebuilt block in Hove, offered at a discounted rent.
The flat provides a neutral, blankcanvas interior throughout. A goodsized reception room enjoys broad windows giving distant sea views and plenty of natural light, with space to define separate sitting and dining areas. The adjoining balcony offers useful outdoor space and an elevated outlook over Hove and towards the seafront.
A separate fitted kitchen features white units, tiled splashbacks and integrated oven with hob, along with space for further appliances. The bathroom is fully tiled with a white suite and shower over bath. Both double bedrooms are well proportioned with builtin storage cupboards, leaving ample room for additional furnishings.
Furze Hill is a soughtafter residential area between Hove seafront and the Seven Dials, within easy reach of the cafes, bars and independent shops of Western Road and Church Road. St Ann’s Well Gardens is a short walk away, offering tennis courts, open green space and a popular café.
Brighton and Hove seafront promenades are also within walking distance. Brighton station is accessible on foot or by bus, providing regular services to London Victoria and London Bridge in around 1 hour 10 minutes, as well as coastal routes to Portsmouth and Lewes. Numerous bus routes run along nearby Western Road and Church Road, giving straightforward access across the city.
This two bedroom flat will appeal to tenants seeking a practical home in a convenient Hove location with the opportunity to personalise the décor to their own taste.
