Description
Welcome to your future palace of productivity (or procrastination), where six double bedrooms mean you can finally stop fighting your mates over who gets the “big one.” This detached house is practically waving at the University of Nottingham and Queens Medical Centre, so you can roll out of bed and into lectures (or the library, if you’re feeling ambitious). With three bathrooms, morning queues are a thing of the past - no more brushing your teeth in the kitchen sink. At just £ (or £585 per person per calendar month), you’ll have plenty left over for takeaways and late-night snacks. There’s no deposit required, which is great news for your wallet and your peace of mind. Bills aren’t included, but there’s an option to bundle them up for ultimate convenience (because who really wants to chase housemates for their share of the Wi-Fi?). Surrounded by local amenities and transport links, you’ll never be far from a coffee fix or a bus to anywhere you need to go. Plus, there’s a referral scheme - bring your friends and everyone wins. Available from August, this is your chance to lock in the legendary student house you’ve always dreamt of (office reference: 57HD).
