Location
Description
A spacious and well-equipped 5-bedroom student home in a fantastic location right next to Singleton Park and Singleton Campus. The property enjoys views towards Singleton Park at the rear and sea views from the front, making its location one of its biggest selling points.
The house has a modern kitchen with two fridge freezers and built-in booth seating, creating a great space for eating and socialising, as well as a separate communal lounge. There are two full bathrooms plus an additional downstairs WC, making it practical for a group of five sharing.
Outside, there’s a private garden with a covered seating area and secure, lockable bike storage. Access is particularly convenient for cyclists – your house key is part of a master-key system, so you can enter through the locked rear gate, securely store your bike and then access the house directly through the back door.
Singleton Campus is practically on the doorstep, while the beach, a local shop and bus links to Bay Campus are all around a 2-minute walk away. With Singleton Park directly behind the property, it’s brilliantly positioned for both university and everything the area has to offer.
Not planning to stay over the summer? We generally offer half rent for July and August if you don’t need to live in the property during those months.
Alex Allen Properties is a small, local, family-run business with excellent reviews, offering hands-on property management and maintenance.
