Description
Welcome to the kind of house that makes group chats buzz and parents sigh with relief. This six-bedroom detached marvel is a student’s dream for the 2027/2028 academic year (and let’s be honest, probably the envy of your mates too). With three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one ensuite and a handy extra WC, you’ll never have to queue for a shower again (unless someone’s perfecting their shampoo mohawk). At just £ (or £606.67 per person per calendar month), your wallet will thank you, and with only a £300 deposit each, there’s still room in the budget for takeaways. Bills aren’t included, but there’s an option to wrap them up in a neat inclusive package (so you can skip the maths and focus on your studies or Netflix marathons). The location is spot-on for University of Nottingham and Queens Medical Centre, and you’re surrounded by local amenities and transport links (your future self will thank you every time you forget milk or miss the bus). If you’re ready to upgrade your student experience and make memories that last longer than your lecture notes, reference 47AR is waiting for you.
