Location
Description
Set in a modern close in NR5, this immaculate home offers seven well‑proportioned bedrooms, each thoughtfully styled with contemporary décor, comfortable beds and good study space. Several rooms benefit from large windows, creating bright study and sleeping areas. There are five modern bathrooms, including stylish shower rooms with quality tiling and contemporary fittings, helping to reduce morning queues.
The sociable hub of the house is the open‑plan kitchen and reception space. The kitchen provides extensive worktop space, ample storage and breakfast‑bar seating, with modern units and lighting creating a clean, practical environment for shared cooking and dining. The adjoining living area offers room to relax together. Outside, there is a low‑maintenance gravelled area, ideal for bike storage and sitting out in warmer months.
Tizzick Close is well placed for access to the University of East Anglia and the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital. Nearby Earlham Road and Bowthorpe offer supermarkets, takeaways and everyday amenities, while Norwich city centre provides a wider choice of shops, bars and restaurants, including the historic lanes and Chapelfield shopping area.
Public transport links are strong: regular buses run from this side of Norwich into the city centre in around 15–20 minutes, where Norwich railway station offers direct services to London Liverpool Street in approximately 1 hour 45 minutes, as well as routes to Cambridge and the coast. Road links via the A47 give convenient access around the region.
