Description
This bright and modern five-bedroom home sits along Chester Street, a well-situated side street off Iffley Road. Complete with a raised back garden, and accommodation across three floors, this property is suitable for a group of sharers.
To the right after entry is a sizeable sitting room with bay window, sofa, chairs, and coffee table. Further down the hall is a double bedroom, then a bright and modern kitchen with a full-size fridge, storage alcove, and garden access. Two bathrooms, one with a standing shower and one with a tub, are also on the ground floor. The first floor includes three double bedrooms, and the top floor acts as a private loft. The garden is raised and gravelled for low maintenance. Permit parking is available.
Chester Street is a quiet but well-situated location in Iffley Fields. Close to the Iffley Road Sports Centre, the Plain Roundabout, and plenty of class cafes, pubs, and restaurants, this property allows for a more low-key yet very convenient location for university studies.
