Description
STUDENT OR PROFESSIONAL — CHARACTERFUL THREE-BEDROOM APARTMENT WITH TWO LUXURY BATHROOMS & OFF-STREET PARKING
A former workshop, beautifully reimagined. This stunning three-bedroom apartment combines original character with stylish modern interiors, offering a distinctive home in the ever-popular Headingley.
Recently renovated to a high standard, the apartment retains charming features throughout, including exposed brick walls that bring warmth and personality to the space. The modern white gloss kitchen features integrated appliances, with an exposed brick feature wall creating an attractive contrast to the contemporary finish.
Two luxury bathrooms, fully tiled and finished to an exceptional standard, add a touch of comfort and make sharing with housemates that little bit easier. Off-street parking is another welcome bonus.
The location offers plenty to enjoy beyond your front door. Headingley’s independent shops, cafés, welcoming pubs and varied restaurants make it a fantastic place to explore, whether you’re picking up a morning coffee, meeting friends for dinner or enjoying a relaxed evening out. Cottage Road Cinema adds to the area’s charm, while local green spaces offer room to unwind.
Headingley is a well-established favourite with students and professionals alike, with a lively community atmosphere and bus connections towards the universities and Leeds city centre.
With three bedrooms, two beautifully finished bathrooms and the character of a restored workshop, this is a home with real personality.
