Description
Welcome to your future home, where four double bedrooms await to cradle you gently after a long day of lectures, Netflix marathons, or pretending to write essays. This semi detached gem is perfectly positioned for both the University of Nottingham and the Queens Medical Centre (so you can snooze that alarm at least twice). With two bathrooms, your morning routine will be a harmonious symphony instead of a battle for hot water. At just £125 per person, per week (or £541.66 per person, per calendar month if you prefer your numbers big and bold), you can save those extra pennies for takeaways or, dare we say, textbooks. The deposit is a mere £250 each – less than your last festival ticket. Bills are not included, but there’s an option for an inclusive package if you’d rather not become an amateur utility accountant. Our legendary referral scheme is available (ask us for details, and maybe bring a friend or three). Don’t miss out on office reference 146RD – this is your chance to upgrade your student living and create memories that will last longer than your degree. Book your viewing before someone else nabs your future!
