Description
Welcome to your future home (or at least your home for the 2027/2028 academic year). This three bedroom semi detached house is the perfect student sanctuary, offering three double bedrooms, one bathroom, and plenty of space for both group study sessions and heated debates about whose turn it is to do the washing up. Priced at just £ (or £563.33 per person per calendar month), with a £, you can keep your wallet as happy as your houseplants. Bills are not included, but if you’d rather not face the horror of splitting them with your mates, an inclusive package is available. The property is brilliantly located for both the University of Nottingham and Queens Medical Centre, so you can hit snooze one more time before lectures or shifts. Surrounded by local amenities and transport links, your social calendar will be as full as your fridge after a big shop. Ask about our referral scheme (Office reference 17BG) if you fancy a little bonus for helping your friends find their next pad.
Step outside and discover your own slice of green paradise. The large rear garden is perfect for summer BBQs, impromptu football matches, or simply escaping your group chat for a quiet moment. Driveway parking is available, so you’ll never have to fight for a space after a late-night supermarket run.
