The red brick exterior is complemented by a large front bay window, giving the home a welcoming appearance and bringing in plenty of natural light. Inside, the layout has been designed with both comfort and functionality in mind. The spacious living room features a large window, modern track lighting and a wall-mounted TV, creating a relaxed and inviting setting for everyday living or socialising. The kitchen is a real highlight, finished with sleek, modern units and integrated appliances. There’s a breakfast bar for casual dining, and the room opens directly onto the garden, blending indoor and outdoor spaces seamlessly.
Each of the five bedrooms is thoughtfully arranged to make the most of light and space. Large windows ensure that every room feels bright and airy, while built-in wardrobes provide ample storage to help keep things tidy. Several bedrooms include modern desk areas - ideal for working from home or study, with some featuring stylish finishes such as a blue accent wall or a contemporary lighting fixture. The neutral decor throughout gives the home a fresh and adaptable feel, making it easy to add your own touches. Comfort is further enhanced by the carpeted bedrooms and well-chosen lighting, creating a calm environment for rest and relaxation.
The three bathrooms are all finished to a high standard, each with a modern shower enclosure and stylish tiling. Large mirrors and frosted windows help create a sense of space and privacy, while recessed lighting ensures a bright, functional area for daily routines. The compact shower rooms are practical for busy mornings, and the overall design brings a touch of elegance to the home.
Outdoor living is well catered for, with a private garden that’s perfect for both relaxing and entertaining. The garden offers a gravel-covered seating area, privacy fencing and charming string lights, making it a cosy spot for evening gatherings or quiet weekends. The gravelled front area is low maintenance and offers the potential for off-road parking, adding extra convenience for residents or visitors. The end-of-terrace position means you benefit from a little more privacy and additional outdoor space compared to neighbouring homes.
