Beeston is very well served by public transport. Buses leave every few minutes connecting Beeston with Nottingham and Derby. The Nottingham buses pass University Park and QMC and pass close to Jubilee Campus.
There are also regular tram services connecting Mooregate House with University of Nottingham West Entrance 5 minutes , South Entrance 7 minutes, Queens Medial Centre 9 minutes and Nottingham Train Station and Nottingham College 20 minutes. For more information, see
Beeston's railway station is a 10-minute walk from Mooregate House. There are regular services in to Nottingham station (journey time 6 minutes) and direct services to London St Pancras (journey time 1 hour and 40 minutes approx.)

Permitted payments
For properties in England, the Tenant Fees Act 2019 means that in addition to rent, lettings agents or landlords can only charge tenants the following payments associated with a tenancy:
