This modern student accommodation, built in 1870, offers a generous living space of 1,356 square feet spread over three floors. The property features five spacious double bedrooms, making it ideal for a group of students seeking comfort and convenience.
The house includes two well-appointed bathrooms, one with a bath and shower over, and the other featuring a shower cubicle, ensuring ample facilities for all residents. The fitted kitchen is perfect for preparing meals, and the private rear garden provides a lovely outdoor space for relaxation or social gatherings.
Situated in the popular Preston Circus area, this property is within walking distance of a variety of shops, bars, and cafes, as well as the beautiful Preston Park and The Level, offering plenty of opportunities for leisure and recreation.
The property is offered furnished, as depicted in the accompanying photographs, and is strictly non-smoking. To ensure a smooth rental process, we require a guarantor for each tenant, who must be living and working in the UK with an income exceeding £25,000 per annum. Alternatively, Rent Guarantor UK is accepted. Please note that we cannot reserve the property without a viewing, and all tenants will be jointly and severally liable for the tenancy.
