Description
Welcome to the student palace you never knew you needed (but definitely deserve). This eight-bedroom detached house is the answer to your group chat’s prayers, offering enough double bedrooms to keep everyone happy and enough bathrooms (three, to be precise) to avoid any morning queues or passive-aggressive Post-it notes. Located in a spot that’s dangerously close to the University of Nottingham and Queens Medical Centre (your snooze button will thank you), you’ll also find yourself surrounded by all the local amenities and transport links you could wish for. At just £ (or £585 per person per month), and with no deposit required, you can save your pennies for more important things (like takeaway nights and questionable fancy dress outfits). Bills aren’t included, but there’s an inclusive package option if you’d rather not argue over who left the bathroom light on. Available from August, this house is perfect for students planning ahead for 2027/2028. Plus, there’s a referral scheme - so you can get rewarded for convincing your mates to join the fun (contact us for details). Office reference: 199DR. Book your viewing before someone else claims the biggest room!
