Description
Bright 2-Bedroom Garden Flat in Streatham Hill - SW2Looking for a London home with proper living space and your own outdoor area? This bright two-bedroom flat has a lovely open-plan layout, two comfortable bedrooms and a large private garden/decked area that gives you much more space to enjoy than the average flat. The heart of the home is the spacious open-plan kitchen and reception room. Warm wooden flooring, crisp white walls, recessed lighting and a large bay window make it feel bright and welcoming, while the modern fitted kitchen comes with plenty of storage, integrated oven and a handy breakfast-bar area. There's loads of room to create separate dining and lounging zones, so it still feels like a proper living room rather than everything being squeezed together. Both bedrooms are nicely separated from the main living space. The larger bedroom is particularly spacious, while the second makes a comfortable bedroom, home office or guest room. The bathroom has a clean contemporary finish with a full-size bath and overhead shower. And then there's the outside space: a generous private garden with a large decked section, perfect for outdoor dining, relaxing with friends or simply having somewhere to sit outside on a sunny day.The locationYou're well placed between Streatham Hill and Tulse Hill, giving you plenty of options for getting around. Grab coffee or brunch at Hive Cafe, Batch & Co Coffee SW2 (Streatham Hill) or Lala Cafe. Groceries are easy too, with M&S Foodhall and local shops around Streatham Hill, plus Lidl further along Streatham High Road.
