Description
Welcome to this charming two-bedroom house located on Gladstone Terrace in the vibrant city of Brighton. Built in 1900, this property combines period features with modern living, making it an ideal home for students or young professionals.
As you enter, you will find a spacious reception room that flows seamlessly into an open-plan modern fitted kitchen, complete with appliances and a dining area, perfect for entertaining friends or enjoying a quiet meal. The two double bedrooms offer ample space and comfort, while the bathroom features a delightful roll-top bath, providing a touch of luxury to your daily routine.
Step outside to discover a lovely patio area, ideal for relaxing in the fresh air or hosting summer gatherings. The property is conveniently situated along Lewes Road, which boasts a variety of shops and cafes, as well as direct bus links to the universities, making it a prime location for students.
This furnished property is available for a minimum tenancy of 12 months and is strictly non-smoking. Unfortunately, pets are not permitted. To secure your tenancy, a UK-based guarantor earning over £25,000 per annum is required for each tenant. If you do not have a guarantor, Rent Guarantor UK is accepted.
Please note that we cannot reserve the property without a physical or online viewing, and tenancies are taken on a joint and severally liable basis, not room by room. We are proud members of the Tenancy Deposit Scheme and will provide an inventory upon check-in for your security.
This delightful home offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience in one of Brighton's most sought-after areas. Don't miss the opportunity to make it your own!
