Looking for an immaculate new home set in a Grade II Listed building — with every city convenience just minutes from your door?
This large and bright apartment (704 sq ft) on the 5th floor comes with wooden flooring and high-end interiors, a private dressing room and en-suite bathroom, and a wealth of natural light from its southeast-facing aspect with direct views of the city skyline.
As you step through onto the wooden flooring of the entrance, you’ll find a pristine WC through a door on your right (the first of 1.5 bathrooms) — complete with a feature-lit vanity mirror over a recessed worktop with a modern square basin.
Just past the WC, you’ll move into the bright and spacious open-plan living room and kitchen. And the first thing you’ll notice is the abundance of natural light from its southeast-facing aspect — perfectly oriented for both the bright morning sun from the east, and the full southern light throughout the day.
To your right, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen area with a semi-island breakfast bar, complete with gloss-effect cabinetry over a cream countertop with full-height splash backs, an integrated oven and integrated microwave, a touch-control hob, and a fridge-freezer.
Around the corner from the kitchen, you’ll slide open the doors to the apartment’s bedroom, including a carpet finish, a southeast-facing aspect with skyline views, and a generously sized private dressing area with an integrated 5-door wardrobe on each side.
Through the walk-in wardrobe, you’ll also find an en-suite bathroom, complete with a feature-lit vanity mirror over a recessed worktop and modern square basin, a heated towel ladder, and a rain-style, glass-screen shower over a stone-effect bath — all of it finished beautifully with large-format tiling on the walls.
Beyond the walls of your immaculate new home, you’ll be a part of the Marconi House residents’ community, along with all the facilities and amenities that entails. As a resident of Marconi House, you’ll have access to:
• Secure Parking (by separate negotiation, and subject to availability)
• And a 24-hour Concierge Service with additional options for housekeeping, dry cleaning, and car hire services.
You’ll be less than 10 minutes’ walk from 5 separate Tube lines, giving you direct links across the city in nearly every direction — from the Circle and District Lines at Temple to the Piccadilly Line at Covent Garden, or the Northern Line at Charing Cross.
It’s less than 10 minutes to your choice of green city gardens and squares — and only 5 minutes from your door to the sweeping bends of the River Thames itself.
And of course, you’ll be just moments from the extensive shopping, culture, and entertainment that comes with a coveted city location such as this — from the markets and street performances of Covent Garden and the bars and theatres of Leicester Square, to the high-street shopping of The Strand and the restaurants and museums of the nearby South Bank.
This luxury apartment comes with immaculate interiors, and a southeast-facing aspect. And that means a desirable property like this won’t be around for long.
So if you’re looking for a high-end new home in a coveted Central London location — with transport, green spaces, and the river just moments from your door — give us a call and we’ll show you everything life at Marconi House has to offer.
