Description
This is a lovely fresh house which we have refurbished specifically for four university students. In the past, most people who have viewed it have wanted to rent it, and those that have rented haven't regretted their decision! So contact us now to fix a viewing.
The house is arranged on two floors. Downstairs is the entrance hall, living room, one bedroom, kitchen and toilet. Upstairs are the other three bedrooms and bathroom with bath and shower. The house has gas central heating and as much hot water as you want.

We will give the house to you in immaculate condition at the beginning of the rental period, and we will carry out any necessary repairs during the year as fast as we can.
