Description
We are delighted to present this bright and well-proportioned one-bedroom apartment on the 6th floor of a well-maintained development in the heart of Westminster. Offering approximately 537 sq.ft (50 sq.m) of internal living space, this apartment combines generous proportions, excellent natural light, and an unbeatable Central London location.
Upon entering, a welcoming hallway with built-in storage leads into a spacious reception and dining room, providing an ideal setting for both relaxing and entertaining. Large windows allow natural light to fill the room, creating a bright and comfortable living environment throughout the day.
The separate kitchen is thoughtfully designed with ample worktop space, integrated appliances, and plentiful cabinetry, making it practical for everyday cooking while keeping the living area separate and uncluttered.
The generously sized double bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with space for wardrobes and additional furniture, while the contemporary bathroom is fitted with a full-sized bath and overhead shower. The apartment also benefits from excellent storage throughout, making the most of its well-designed layout.
Perfectly positioned in one of Central London's most convenient neighbourhoods, Bridge Place is just a short walk from Victoria Station, providing access to the Victoria, Circle and District Lines, National Rail services, the National Express Coach Station, and the Gatwick Express, making travel across London and to destinations throughout the UK exceptionally convenient. Pimlico and St James's Park stations are also within easy walking distance, offering excellent connectivity across the capital.
Residents are surrounded by an outstanding selection of cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, and everyday conveniences, while the green open spaces of St James's Park, Buckingham Palace, the River Thames, and Belgravia are all nearby. The location offers the perfect balance of vibrant city living and peaceful residential surroundings.
