Description
A rare opportunity to rent an elegant period residence in one of Chelsea's most sought-after streets. Arranged over several floors, the house offers a wonderful balance of living and bedroom accommodation, extending to more than 2,700sq ft.
The lower ground floor provides flexible space that can serve as a guest suite, along with a further study/gym and a spacious media room. The ground floor comprises the kitchen and dining room, while the first floor is dedicated to a generous drawing room. The principal bedroom suite occupies the 2nd floor, alongside two further bedrooms.
Externally, the property benefits from a west-facing roof terrace and a double garage — a genuine rarity in central London.
Ideally positioned between the King's Road and Fulham Road, the house is within easy reach of South Kensington Underground and the boutiques and restaurants of Chelsea Green.
