Description
This immaculate is the latest addition to our portfolio and it is truly stunning throughout. The property is superbly located in the heart of Broomhill down the road from Richer Sounds. You can't get much closer to the University than this.
This large student house benefits from a recently installed top of the range Valiant gas central heating system which is 33% more efficient than a standard boiler. All the bedrooms are of a good size and feature three-quarter or double sized beds, wardrobes, chests, bedside tables, desks, chairs, a bookcase and mirror.
The 1st floor rear bedroom is slightly smaller than the other bedrooms however it benefits from its own private W/C and sink.
There is a burglar alarm and double glazing.
There is a bathroom on the first floor and a separate shower room on the second floor. The spacious kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, hob, oven, full height fridge, separate freezer, Ikea dining table and chairs. The handy offshot utility room has an original ceiling mounted drying rack, a separate sink, washing machine and dryer.
The lounge is furnished with 3 sofas, coffee tables, Ikea wall prints, a mirror, rug, floorlamp, and a new Sony LCD TV.
The private rear garden is lovely and is maintained by our gardeners.
Two on-road parking spaces are available (purchased through the council & subject to application). Private off-road parking is available at an additional cost.
This property is superb and will be let very quickly. Early viewing is essential.
