Description
Calling all future NTU student and city adventurers - this five bedroom end of terrace house is ready to become your student HQ for 2027/2028! For just £ (or £533 per person per calendar month if you prefer to sound fancy), you and your chosen comrades can bag five double bedrooms, two bathrooms (no more morning queues), and a location so close to NTU and the city centre you might never need to set an alarm again. The local amenities and transport links are so abundant, you might forget what boredom feels like. Bills aren’t included, but don’t panic - there’s an inclusive package option if you’d rather not become a utility bill detective. Each person pays a £200 deposit, which is less than most people spend on takeaways in Freshers’ Week. Fancy a little extra cash? Ask about our referral scheme (who knew making friends could be so profitable). Office reference 2NG - quote it, flaunt it, make it your new lucky number. This house isn’t just a place to sleep, it’s a launchpad for your next academic adventure. Book a viewing before someone else nabs your future bedroom!
