The property offers six double bedrooms, each with neutral décor, carpets and good natural light from large windows. Furnishings include beds, wardrobes and desks, providing practical accommodation ready for occupation. Three modern bathrooms serve the house, with a mix of full-size baths and separate shower enclosures, contemporary tiling and white sanitaryware.
A bright open-plan kitchen forms the hub of the home, with extensive worktop space, ample storage, integrated cooking appliances and laundry facilities. Adjoining this is a sociable dining/reception area with fitted bench seating, creating a comfortable space for eating and relaxing together.
To the rear, the house benefits from a sizeable established garden, mainly laid to lawn with mature shrubs and trees, offering valuable outdoor space for recreation and drying washing.
Located on The Avenues in Norwich, the house is particularly convenient for the University of East Anglia, Earlham Park and the River Yare walks. Local shops, cafés and takeaways are available on Unthank Road and Earlham Road, with Norwich city centre reachable by bus in around 10–15 minutes. Regular services link to Norwich railway station, where direct trains run to London Liverpool Street in about 1 hour 50 minutes, as well as to Cambridge and the East Coast. This well-placed detached property combines sizeable accommodation with easy access to both campus and city facilities.
