Location
Description
This bright and spacious one-bed on the 19th floor of the beautiful Duckman Tower comes with far-reaching views, a north-facing aspect – and a wide array of on-site residents' facilities.
As you step through onto the hardwood floor of your new entrance hall, you'll find a generous storage area behind closed doors on your right. To your left, you'll find the modern and stylish bathroom, complete with an integrated wooden-front vanity unit, a glass-screen rain-head shower and bath, and a heated towel ladder.
Further down the hallway, you'll come to the spacious open-plan living and kitchen area on your right, with a fully integrated kitchen, including a double-stack oven, a hooded extractor fan, and integrated spotlights on the ceiling above.
Opposite the living area, you'll find a large and welcoming double bedroom, with a full-height, wood-finished wardrobe and a double-paned, extra-height window and door leading out onto your own private north-facing balcony – with uninterrupted views to the horizon and towards the nearby Canary Wharf station.
Beyond the walls of this generously sized apartment, you'll find a wealth of on-site conveniences on your doorstep. As a resident of Duckman Tower, you'll have exclusive access to:
*A 22nd-floor Roof Garden Terrace
*A Health Club and fully equipped Gym with a Spa Pool, Sauna, and Steam Room
*A 4-storey Podium Winter Garden and Sky Lounge
*A Residents' Lounge, Business Lounge, and Private Cinema
*A 13th-floor Games Room with a Soft-Play Area
*And a 24-hour Concierge Service.
Duckman Tower is one of the most eye-catching developments in the local area – and it's also one of the most perfectly placed.
You'll be just 5 minutes' walk from South Quays DLR station for convenient connections to Bank and Stratford, a 12-minute walk from the Tube at Canary Wharf – and you'll have easy access to the river around the peninsula and the huge open spaces of the nearby Millwall Park.
This generous one-bed with extensive views lies in the heart of the rapidly growing Isle of Dogs area – and that means it won't be around for long.
So if you're looking for a spacious balcony property in a modern development with a range of conveniences, enquire and we'll take you for a tour.
