This house can be found on Crofton Street, a popular student road in Rusholme. It is situated a short walk away from buses to and from the universities and town. The buses come every five to ten minutes on Upper Lloyd Street (Bus 111 or 87). If you have a car there is permit parking outside the property, once you move in it is easy (and free) to apply for a permit and this means that parking is often plentiful. If you are driving to the property for a viewing there are allocated visitor bays at the bottom of the road.

The property itself consists of six double bedrooms, three bathrooms and the communal lounge and kitchen. The layout of the house covers three stories, with rooms being on the top floor, four on the middle floor and room on the ground floor. There are three bathrooms in this property, the first is a WC that can be accessed through the lounge, although this first WC is smaller, it is perfect for when you have guests over. The other bathrooms can be found on the first and second floor, both of these have a large shower, a light up mirror, and under the sink storage.
There is a small back yard at the rear of the property for you to enjoy when the weather is nice.
