5 double bed available for the 2027/28 academic year, located on the chic St Leonards Road which is not only minutes into UOL (you can see the Uni from the property windows it is so close) but is also close to the Queens Road shopping parade with its cafes, bars, restaurants, shops, supermarket. Clarendon Park is the ever popular student housing area and St leonards is right in the heart of Clarendon Park- v close to UOL but due to the nice area also appealing to DMU students (walking/cycling distance).
The house has a cosy, warm, homely feel- residents enjoy this about it and its great location. The rooms are well equipped with double beds, plenty of storage and good sized study spaces. Permitted payments
For properties in England, the Tenant Fees Act 2019 means that in addition to rent, lettings agents or landlords can only charge tenants the following payments associated with a tenancy:
- Holding deposits (a maximum of 1 week's rent);
