Description
Are you looking for a 4 bed FURNISHED flat with an HMO licence, near Glasgow University, that's available from June? If you are, then this could be the very home for you! Avoid the Summer rush and get an early viewing now!
This great flat comes fully furnished with:
* 4 big bedrooms (each with double-glazing!).
* A modern bathroom with an electric shower over the bath.
* A stylish kitchen with a fridge, freezer, washing machine and plenty of cupboards.
* Gas Central Heating
* New furniture and freshly decorated
One of the best things about this flat is where it is- Finnieston is perhaps the prime location in Glasgow for students who study at Glasgow University. The Mitchell Library and Kelvingrove Park are a stone's throw away and, of course, there's a vast array of bars, restaurants and independent shops that come with that. Gigs are regularly held at the Hydro and Armadillo, which are both roughly a ten minute walk away.
Transport-wise, the local bus service will take you to the University, West End or Glasgow City Centre, and Anderson and Charring Cross train stations are near-by. There is on-street parking for those who drive.
This property is ideal for four friends who're looking to move into a new home before the yearly rush. Although there's no common lounge, the bedrooms are very spacious and your comfort is assured.
Properties with HMO licences are very much sought-after so we highly recommend arranging a viewing now so that you don't miss out on your chance to live in this brilliant flat.
We offer all inclusive bills packages on our student accommodation, for more information please get in touch with a member of our team.
