Description
We are delighted to present this beautifully positioned one-bedroom apartment in River Heights, Stratford, E15, offering approximately 549 sq ft (51 sq m) of well-designed internal accommodation, complemented by a private balcony. Situated on the 16th floor, the apartment benefits from an elevated position, excellent natural light and far-reaching views across the surrounding London skyline.
The apartment opens through a generous entrance hallway with useful storage before leading into an impressive open-plan kitchen, living and dining room. The contemporary fitted kitchen is neatly integrated into the space, leaving plenty of room for separate dining and lounge areas. Extensive glazing brings an abundance of natural light into the apartment, while direct access to the private balcony creates an inviting outdoor extension of the reception space.
The generously proportioned double bedroom enjoys direct access to the balcony, allowing both the bedroom and reception room to take advantage of the elevated outlook. A contemporary bathroom and additional built-in storage complete this practical and well-balanced home.
River Heights forms part of the modern Stratford Riverside neighbourhood, offering residents secure contemporary living within easy reach of Stratford's extensive amenities. The surrounding area provides an excellent selection of shops, restaurants, cafés and leisure destinations, with Westfield Stratford City, Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and the waterways and green spaces of the Lower Lea Valley all close by.
