Description
5-bedroom student house | 2 bathrooms | Bills included |
Perfect for a group of five friends, 155 Rhyddings Terrace is a classic Brynmill student house in one of Swansea's best-loved student areas.
The house
The house has five bedrooms, each giving you your own private space to study and unwind. Two bathrooms are shared between the five of you, so busy mornings are much easier than in a typical student house.
One simple payment covers your bills, with no splitting utility costs and no surprise charges. The street also has access to gigabit-capable broadband, ideal for streaming, gaming and online lectures.
The location
Rhyddings Terrace sits in the heart of Brynmill, around 0.7 miles from Swansea University's Singleton Campus. Swansea city centre is about a mile away. Local shops, cafés and everyday essentials are just a few minutes' walk from the door, and Uplands' bars and restaurants are close by.
Singleton Park is next door, with a path through to the seafront promenade and Swansea Bay. There's a bus stop on nearby Rhyddings Park Road, with links into the city centre and onward to the Bay Campus.
Five-bed houses in Brynmill are always in demand. Get in touch today to arrange a viewing and secure the house for 2027/28.
