Location
Description
A lovely three-bedroom home offering bright, versatile accommodation across three floors in one of Wimbledon's most desirable pockets.
The ground floor is centred around a large open-plan kitchen and dining room that opens onto the garden, filling the space with natural light. A separate study — perfect for home working — and a convenient WC complete this level.
On the first floor is a generous and airy living room, along with a bedroom served by its own en-suite shower room. The top floor offers two further bedrooms, one with an en-suite, and a well-appointed family bathroom.
Outside, the property enjoys an easily maintained south-west facing garden and the added convenience of off-street parking. The location is superb, with Wimbledon Common just 0.4 miles away and Wimbledon station (National Rail, District line and Tramlink) around 1.1 miles distant, offering fast links into central London. The shops, restaurants and open spaces of Wimbledon Village are also close at hand.
