Offering approximately 549 sq.ft (51 sq.m) of well-designed internal living space, this stylish home benefits from a private northwest-facing balcony, excellent resident facilities, and superb transport connections.
Step inside to a welcoming entrance hall with useful built-in storage, leading through to a spacious open living and dining area. Bathed in natural afternoon and evening sunlight, the living room opens directly onto a private northwest-facing balcony—the perfect place to enjoy a coffee, relax after work, or take in the sunset.
The modern kitchen is positioned separately from the living space, offering sleek cabinetry, generous worktop space, integrated appliances, and ample storage, making it practical for both everyday living and entertaining.
The generously sized double bedroom provides a peaceful retreat with space for wardrobes and additional furnishings, while the contemporary bathroom is finished with modern fittings, a full-sized bath with overhead shower, and quality sanitaryware. Additional storage cupboards throughout the apartment help keep the home organised and clutter-free.
Located within the thriving Barking Riverside regeneration area, the apartment enjoys excellent access to both local amenities and Central London. Barking Riverside Overground Station is within easy reach, providing direct connections to the London Overground network, while Barking Station offers access to the District Line, Hammersmith & City Line, London Overground, C2C, and National Rail services. The nearby Uber Boat by Thames Clippers also provides a unique riverside commute into Canary Wharf, Greenwich, and Central London.
Residents are surrounded by an ever-growing selection of cafés, supermarkets, restaurants, riverside walking trails, parks, fitness facilities, and community spaces, making Barking Riverside one of East London's most exciting and well-connected neighbourhoods.
