Description
We are delighted to present this bright and well-designed studio apartment situated on the fourth floor of Brooklyn Building, part of the popular OneSE8 development. Offering approximately 432 sq.ft (40.1 sq.m) of internal space, the apartment provides a generous layout for a studio together with excellent residents’ facilities and superb transport connections.
The apartment opens into a practical entrance hallway with built-in storage before leading into the spacious main living area. Designed to accommodate both living and sleeping zones comfortably, the room benefits from large windows bringing in plenty of natural light and creating a bright, welcoming atmosphere.
The contemporary fitted kitchen is neatly positioned to one side of the living space and comes equipped with integrated appliances, worktop space and ample cabinetry. A modern bathroom completes the accommodation, while the well-considered layout makes excellent use of the available space for comfortable everyday living.
Residents of OneSE8 benefit from an impressive range of on-site amenities, including a 24-hour concierge, residents’ gym and swimming pool. Everyday conveniences are also close at hand, with local shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants in the surrounding area.
Location & Connectivity
One of the property's biggest advantages is its excellent connectivity. Deptford Bridge DLR Station is directly outside the development, providing convenient links towards Canary Wharf, Greenwich, Lewisham and the City. Greenwich town centre is also within easy reach, offering a vibrant mix of restaurants, cafés, shops, Greenwich Market and the open spaces of Greenwich Park.
