Situated between Chapelfields, Coundon and Earlsdon on the western side of Coventry’s city centre, Spon End is popular amongst students from both universities in Coventry. With only a short journey into the city to reach Coventry University campus, and good public transport routes connecting the University of Warwick, it’s a great place for students to settle.

Spon End comprises mostly of terraced and semi-detached houses, suitable for three or four students sharing together. Often, you'll find rows of houses packed out with clusters of students. With the area being so popular, landlords have developed larger student properties ranging from 6-bedroom houses all the way up to ten. There's plenty of availability if you want to live with a big group of housemates.
