Did you know?
Liverpool John Moores students with lectures in the John Foster building have a valid excuse for not making it to their 9ams on time. The Victorian-era building, a former nun's convent, is notorious for being maze-like with floors seemingly unconnected to each other: hapless students report ending up on completely random floors even years into studying at LJMU.
To top it all off, many swear the top floor is haunted, with one student vowing "you couldn't pay me to go up there again."
