Location
Description
This fabulous property is located in the heart of Broomhill, which is a short walking distance to The University of Sheffield, excellent local shops, banks, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and a post office.
The house has a new gas central heating system and burglar alarm. We have also just installed secondary glazing to the property. The property has recently had new carpets installed throughout.
The property has a separate lounge on the lower ground floor, which includes two sofas, a rug, coffee tables, LCD TV and stand.
Four of the bedrooms are very large and feature double beds, wardrobes, chests, desks and chairs. The first floor rear bedroom is smaller than the others but benefits from having its own en-suite shower room, including a w/c & sink. The recently refurbished main bathroom features a large shower cubicle, heated chrome towel rail, wash basin and WC.
The large modern kitchen is superb and includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, hob & oven and has its own off-shot double glazed conservatory. This lovely space is utilised as a dining area with dining table and chairs. The conservatory leads out onto the private rear garden including picnic bench, which is maintained by our gardeners throughout the year.
Parking permits for on street parking are available from the council (subject to application)
Please note: The Holding deposit of 100 per person will be credited towards the security deposit during the agreed sign up window.
