The Cabin is the go-to pancake spot in Sheffield (if you know, you know). With the majority of the menu dedicated to pancakes and waffles, this Canadian-style eatery won’t disappoint brunch lovers. Southampton: Stakks Pancake House

Stakks is number one in Southampton for a reason; they are passionate about pancakes, and it shows in their fluffy stacks. From the Ultimate Weekender stack to the Chocoholic option, you won’t be disappointed. This pancake house also comes complete with both vegan and gluten free menus, meaning everyone is catered for. Brighton: The Breakfast Club

This list wouldn’t be complete without the Breakfast Club in Brighton. The stacks here are taller than you could ever dream, and are absolutely loaded with toppings (we dare you to try to finish a stack without passing out). Home to the fluffiest pancakes in Bristol (we'll bet on it), Ironworks Supply Co are a go-to for brunch.
